Welcome to LexFlows! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our growth system for law firms ("Services"). By subscribing to and using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using LexFlows.
1. Services Provided
LexFlows provides marketing, SEO, and content creation services designed to help law firms expand their client base. Our service tiers (Starter, Growth, and Tier One) include, but are not limited to: Local and regional SEO optimization, SEO-optimized blog posts, Competitor analysis and keyword research, Backlink campaigns, Social media and email marketing strategies, Strategy calls and reporting dashboards.
2. Subscription & Payment
2.1 Subscription Plans: LexFlows operates on a month-to-month subscription model. Clients can select from one of three service tiers, each with different levels of service. 2.2 Billing & Payment: All payments are due in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed via secure payment processors. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. 2.3 Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive services until the end of the period.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients agree to: Provide necessary access to website and marketing assets, Respond to strategy discussions and required approvals in a timely manner, Refrain from engaging in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices. Failure to provide required cooperation may impact the results of our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created by LexFlows (blogs, SEO materials, etc.) is owned by the client upon full payment. LexFlows reserves the right to showcase anonymized case studies or performance metrics unless otherwise requested.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive business information confidential. LexFlows will not disclose or use any client-provided data for purposes other than delivering the agreed-upon services.
6. Limitation of Liability
LexFlows does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue increases, as results depend on various external factors. We are not responsible for third-party actions (e.g., search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, etc.). Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the previous one-month period.
7. Termination
LexFlows reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abusive behavior towards our team. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
